• Now the IDL CONNECTOR doesn?t maintain any information in the Registry of the operating system, except those, which Microsoft® EXCEL uses: Active-X-Control program and the appropriate libraries.

• Now IDL CONNECTOR is able to run on Client/Server environments. Un-Installation of former versions of IDL CONNECTOR is initiated via {START/SYSTEM SCHEDULER => Software}. Then the SETUP-Program of Version 2.1.9 should be started.

• In the export function {Mask files/Accounts} to IDL Konsis the field {for IC b/u} is added (b/u = business-unit).

• Access-protection: Now the IDL CONNECTOR uses the access-protection-feature of IDL Konsis for companies. If access-privilege of the application {VOR} resp. {VORADMIN} is set to ZERO for companies the user has only create-access to the company which is defined in applications {VOR} and {VORADMIN}.

• Amount of individual or consolidated financial statements / shareholding participation percentages. Now there exist two additional menus: {shareholding participation} and {shareholding participation percentages}.

• Individual or consolidated financial statements / cost centre balances: The cost centre qualifier "1" was added to the input-mask of the version 2.1.7 SR1 of IDL CONNECTOR. Up to now the qualifier ?1? performed only on discrete balances without any influence on the sign of the cost centre qualifier of the position of the application {AGGKTO} of IDL Konsis. Now this qualifier is considered.

• Master file / descriptions of reporting-lines (REPZEI). The application {descriptions of reporting-lines} was missing in IDL CONNECTOR ; it is added now

• Shareholding / participations => Now it?s possible to maintain shareholding / participations of a company in the same way in IDL CONECTOR as in IDL Konsis by using now 8 digits decimal alignment instead of 2 digi

• The application {Group companies} was missing in older versions of IDL CONNECTOR, now it is available

• Now the user is able to use the IDL Connector cache, for more information please klick here (link)

• The IDL Connector Version 2.1.9 showed the message "Overflow" if the amount of data was larger.

• Master file => Positions / Items -- the field Davon-Pos is added

• Amount of individual financial statements => Postings -- the fields "IC-No." and "for IC-b/u" were added

• Amount of individual financial statements => the fields "BuchgsText" and "d/c-code" were added at fixed assets, capital and accrurals transactions

• Amount of individual or consolidated financial statements => General -- If the user filled a value in the field value (DC) the IDL Connector create a text file but the value in this file was noch correct. E.g. if the value was 1000,00 then the IDL Connector creates the text file with a value of 1000,01.
