The IDL Connector is a part of release IDL KONSIS 5.4.2 (analogue IDL Winkons 3.2 and PPconsis 4.3). This is an interim maintenance and therefore can be left out in the release sequence. Prerequisite for this release is the last main maintenance (IDL KONSIS 5.4.0 or IDL Winkons 3.0 or PP consis 4.01) of the Sept. 15th 2005. The supplements and corrections to the main maintenance are contained in the current interim maintenance.

Enhancement:

If an account was defined with the account flag 1 = 'I' (for ic account balances), account flag 2 = 'A' (for fixed assets transactions) as well as a permanent ic-company the user must not insert the ic account balances for this account. If according to the closing date actual periods (ABR) and fact (FAC) the details for fixed assets transactions are activated, the user must insert the details for fixed assets transactions for this account into the data collecting form. Up to now the data collecting form included only one flag if an account is permitted for details or not. In this case the user couldn't insert fixed assets transactions for this account. After import the necessary transactions were missing and the validation failed.

Change:

All accounts which need some details will be inked yellow, the profit and loss code will be inked for controlling details. The detail check analyzes this colour and permits for details if the account is inked yellow. Otherwise the account will be ignored.

Concerned application:

IDL data collecting form - GB / GB-X

Enhancement:

The application 'company + business-unit allocations' (GESUBR) is supported since the IDL Konsis version 5.4.1. The user has to enter correct company- and business-unit allocations. The data collecting form also supports this function, but up to now the user was allowed to enter all business-units for ic-companies although only some were allocated.

Change:

The data collecting form analyzes the business units per company for the fast insert line and provides only the valid business units for the entry.

Enhancement:

The application 'company + business-unit allocations' (GESUBR) is supported since the IDL Konsis version 5.4.1. The user has to enter correct company- and business-unit allocations. At the function 'Duplicate master' the different allocations are not considered. Thus the user has to create a new data collecting form for each company and business-unit allocation manually.

Change:

Now the function 'Duplicate master' considers the different business-unit allocations and modifies the existing data collecting form.

Enhancement:

The IDL Connector supports a new function for delete the value cache automatically. This function delete by saving an excel file the value cache. Only the actual values of the excel cells will be save in the value cache. For activate this function please start the options of the IDL Connector and change into the menu cache. Please mark the function 'Formelcache nicht in Mappe speichern'. The excel files should be smaller and faster if you activate this function.

Concerned application:

IDL data collecting form - BSL

Enhancement:

The IDL Connector supports now the collection of transaction datas (fixed assets, capital, privision and individual transactions) in posting key columns. The user has to choose this new function BEFORE the data collecting form is created. The user has to choose the addional detail 'BSL' at the 'create edit form'-dialog. Afterwards the user can't change from posting key columns to the standard list view. The user is able to configure the columns for the collecting form at the application BSL (posting keys) of IDL Konsis. If this informations are not available the data collecting form gots the IDL standard posting keys for the collecting.
