In various areas (e.g. scenarios, rule templates, plausibility check) the button for "Delete filter" has been added next to "Switch filter on/off".
When switching to the EA monitor (individual financial statement monitor), the current data type and the period from the previously selected cell are now preset.
The subsequent applications in the context menu of the dimension table have been re-sorted for simplified call-up. In addition, the selection for the applications account balances, IC account balances, CNT balances has been extended by the source/destination data type.
If you press the Refresh button, the corresponding table for the current settings will be loaded without having to press Enter again in the input fields. If you press Enter in the group, period or data type field, the table will now also be updated automatically. After closing the selection dialog, the table is automatically reloaded with the selected fields (group, period or data type).
If e-account and reconciliation block do not match, a message "Missing accounts" or "Summarization error" now appears during the plausibility check if actual balances have to be reloaded or accounts with balances in POSKTO are missing.
In the context menu of the scenario, the subsequent application "Individual financial statement monitor for entry" has been added. The current company, period, data type are taken over as selection.
When switching from the scenario via the subsequent applications to the "Call positions+account assignments", the period from "Ref. for POSKTO" is now used and no longer the period from the cell that was just selected.
Entering a manual change "Account change" is now handled in the same way as for rules. The manual changes are preserved in the "update balances", and are added to the loaded new account balance. This only works if the source is different. If no different source data type has been created, it behaves as before. The loaded account balance is retained and the manual change is adjusted accordingly by an automatic change.
The value indicator 8 (value formation from KTOSAL according to POSKTO without position total) from the application REPZEI is now evaluated correctly. E.g.for positions of statistical accounts.
If the check mark for intercompany planning is set for new scenarios, then the check mark for "Rules on IC" must also be set. For new scenarios, the option to remove the checkmark for "Rules on IC" is not available anymore.
In the account drilldown menu there is now the menu item 'Switch to formula' via the context menu (right mouse button). It is only active for formula changes and leads to the corresponding formula cell. If you jump to a cell in the spreadsheet in the search dialog, the formula row is also updated and thus the formula for the selected cell is displayed.
When a rule is applied, it will be displayed on the interface as applied everywhere in the scope of the rule (rules icon), but now only creates real business cases when there are also balances. If new balances are added or removed, business cases are automatically created or deleted, so that only the minimum number of business cases is created. The switches for 'Create only on existing balances' in Scenario / Rules are no longer applicable.
If a rule is not applied for the whole scenario, but restricted to FORECAST, PLAN or single periods, this could not be read well from the applied rule. Therefore, when the rule is restricted when applied, the period control is now automatically set to the restricted range. If the rule already has a period control, this period control is replaced by a new one listing the periods of the intersection of the periods of the restricted range and the scope of the old period control.
When a new balance appears in the scenario (entered, loaded, by rules, etc.), all currently applied rules are checked to see if the new balance falls within their scope (account, period). If it does, a business case of that rule will be automatically applied to the balance.
Before saving, all empty business cases are deleted to optimize storage space.
When selecting accounts in the rule wizards, it often happens that the account number of the account to be selected is already known. The selection tree of all accounts can now be bypassed by entering the account number directly.
There is now an additional status "Szenaio valide" already in the planning monitor indicating significant errors in the scenario that should definitely be corrected in advance without having to open the scenario.
The flow control has been extended by the function "expand/collapse all nodes".
The selection of companies has been extended to include the option of group selection.
The sequence groups can now be sorted alphabetically by name for grouping via the group name. A sequence group or group element can be set to inactive for archiving. A sequence group can now be locked against changes. There is now a filter function to filter by company.
For planning process parameters, there is now a copy function in the context menu (right mouse button) to be able to create additional parameters more quickly.
